You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use winrupe. Age is verified during the KYC process using your CNIC. Accounts created by underage users are terminated immediately and any funds are handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each individual Pakistani player is permitted to hold exactly one winrupe account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or CNIC details — are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
All winrupe bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus terms are displayed at the point of acceptance. Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus conditions constitutes a breach of these Terms.
PKR withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed only after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to winrupe's fraud prevention policies.
All players are required to use winrupe in good faith. The use of automated software, bots, exploits, collusion, or any other method that distorts fair play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
winrupe reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of winrupe following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Age Restriction: 21+ winrupe is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to participate in gambling activities. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended.

You will be asked to submit a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC and, where required, supporting proof of payment method. winrupe reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.
winrupe's services are intended primarily for players accessing the platform from Pakistan. winrupe does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether their use of winrupe complies with applicable local legislation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrupe login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. winrupe will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify winrupe support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile or notify winrupe support promptly. winrupe accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Each player may hold only one winrupe account. If winrupe identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, mobile number, payment method, or any other linking factor — winrupe reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus funds, and withhold winnings pending investigation.
All winrupe accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in PKR. winrupe does not support multi-currency accounts or foreign currency transactions.
winrupe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. winrupe reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from an account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. winrupe reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the receiving player account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your winrupe account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by winrupe from time to time. Players who have been granted VIP status may be subject to different limits as communicated directly.
Note: winrupe does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges independently of winrupe.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using real-money bets. winrupe employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, winrupe reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account.
winrupe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. winrupe also reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its discretion, including where patterns of purely bonus-driven play are identified rather than genuine gaming engagement.
All sports bets placed on winrupe — including cricket, PSL markets, volleyball, and other available markets — are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as displayed on the platform. winrupe reserves the right to void bets where: an event is cancelled or abandoned; odds were published in error; or there is credible evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
Casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are provided by third-party certified game studios. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or in-play betting event, winrupe's systems record the last confirmed state of play. Bets placed and confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid. winrupe accepts no liability for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other technical fault that results in the display of incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or erroneous account balances, winrupe reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their correct state. Winnings resulting from a verifiable technical error are not payable.

You may close your winrupe account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be finalised. Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon account termination, your access to the winrupe platform will cease immediately. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your KYC-verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding compliance checks.
All content on the winrupe platform — including but not limited to the winrupe brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winrupe or its licensors. No part of the winrupe platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of winrupe.
Your use of the winrupe platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winrupe's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winrupe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if winrupe has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winrupe does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable.
winrupe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on winrupe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number, and payment details — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance. winrupe does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which winrupe holds its operating licence. Where Pakistani consumer protection statutes confer rights upon Pakistani players that cannot be contractually excluded, those statutory rights are unaffected by this Agreement.
In the event of any dispute between a player and winrupe, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow winrupe a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. winrupe aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with winrupe's support team, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution body, as specified in winrupe's licensing documentation. The decision of the designated ADR body shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
